6.1 Contact Permissions: By signing up on LAL AS, you grant us permission to contact you via email, phone, or through our application for platform-related communications, updates, or relevant opportunities.

7. User Conduct and Account Termination

7.1 User Conduct and Account Termination: LAL AS reserves the right to monitor user behavior on the platform. Users engaging in behavior deemed outside the scope of our guidelines or terms may have their accounts suspended or terminated at our discretion.

This usage may include but is not limited to, website content, social media, and other marketing collateral.

10. Use of Seasonal Worker Profiles for Enhanced Opportunities

10.1 Utilization of Seasonal Worker Profiles: LAL AS may utilize the profiles of registered seasonal workers for marketing purposes to seasonal businesses. This usage aims to present relevant worker profiles to potential employers, increasing the likelihood of securing suitable work opportunities for the seasonal workers.
